The whole house was reformulated in this renovation and extension job. It was completely redirected to achieve the greatest comfort possible and we used all the square meters authorized by the local government.

The living-dining room advanced up to the public property line which was possible thanks to two IPN beams of great size used to hold the second floor, thus freeing the living room. A large window system which occupies the total width of the room was placed at a strategic height to see the crown of the trees in the sidewalk and to let the sunlight in with a complete privacy.

The volume inserted had pure forms with the finishing made of plaster painted white which engaged with the existing exposed brickwork, also painted white
