We were asked to plan the house of a young couple of newlyweds to be built on an existing reinforced concrete slab, located in a corner with a north orientation and across from a wide and green boulevard of the city.
Because of the loads and the ease of assembly, we chose a light construction system formed by galvanized steel profiles, black sheet in the exterior lining and cast plaster panels in the interior lining, with their corresponding insulations.
We differentiated the private and the public areas through two different volumes of similar typology, leaving between both of them the necessary space for the main yard in the north corner, thus allowing the sun to enter the house and enjoying the green of the place.
We closed the spaces towards the street and following the slope of the roof we emphasized the sights to the boulevard.
