This traditional office building used mainly for property closeout, located in the first floor of a condominium on one of the most central streets of the city, needed an urgent building intervention due to its obsolescence.

The intervention was complete: facilities, plasters, ceilings, doors and windows and facings. The traditional attention and work format was kept, adding spaces for offices, a meeting room and places for archives. The spaces were articulated around a central yard to provide light and ventilation to every environment.

The seriousness and austerity that the firm requested was the parameter for the selection of materials, the general design of spaces and the restoration of the complete equipment.
