Conceived first as a house-barbecue area, the contracting party requested a resting place to which he could access from his house located a few meters away with the objective of having a space to park his vehicles, sun bathe, swim and share a meal with family and friends. In the first floor we designed and built a spacious room and in the second floor another one of similar characteristics for ludic activities.

A year after, when his children had grown up, the owner requested us to build a master room and the spaces needed for a permanent housing. He ended up moving there and selling his prior property, which was a compliment for us.
