Each project needs and must have its own philosophy. That is our first goal when we are entrusted with a job. Each project must have its identity and personality given that the idea that rules it is one and that’s where all the project answers should be directed to. This process grows in the mind until the idea comes up and it starts to be expressed through drawings and mockups until the project is completely developed.

When it comes to deciding on a project solution, our premise is to believe that we are in the presence of the best solution; it would be impossible to defend our design to the client if it were any different. The idea must be well based, not only the intellect takes part in the development, but also intuition and emotion play an important role.

The project has many variables. Once the practical aspect is transcended, the search for values like beauty, intimacy, surprise, astonishment and serenity also become part of the objectives to create atmospheres where emotion and wellbeing try to reach their limit.

Then comes the construction and project management, where the supervision of the construction is essential. The project takes shape and it points out to us the right path and inspires us to come up with new solutions and strategies for its completion. But above all, we must never abandon the project management, it’s right at this point where the project is completed and improved.
